总体感觉非常不错，前台的小姐姐比较客气和礼貌，旁边餐馆的服务员素质也比较高，对待顾客还是非常礼貌的，那天早上赶飞机，让服务员安排打包，她们非常配合。如果要去Heerbrugg附近出差的游客或商务人士，可以优先选择那里，酒店不配拖鞋，需要问下就会提供。
