Nice structure, but hospitality to review (and a lot).

Impeccable cleanliness, good efficiency and discreet cuisine are undoubtedly the strengths of this family-run hotel, situated in a charming location with spectacular views of the Saslong. So far, so good.
Too bad that the relaxing atmosphere is swept away by what should be the heart of the experience: Welcoming.
Hospitality, by definition, means welcoming with warmth, making guests feel at home, with empathy and a sincere smile. Unfortunately, those who are supposed to embody these values – the owner – seem to be totally devoid of them. Instead of a friendly attitude, you find yourself in front of a cold, not at all empathetic figure, ready to scold with a kind of pseudo-irony that is more annoying than funny. It's more like an impatient master than a hotelier.
This attitude is decidedly out of place for those working in the hospitality sector.
Respect for work and commitment, of course. But hospitality is something else. And that’s what’s missing, making the experience disappointing and unmemorable – except for the wrong reasons.
In conclusion, I would like to join those who have already pointed this out: offering guests a grappa does not send the budget into crisis. But perhaps it is the gesture that is missing, not the bottle.
Not recommended.

Gentile signor Esposito,

In search of peace

I arrived in this beautiful valley, the mountains welcomed me but I can not say the same about the owner of this hotel: he was not hospitable, his conceit irritates you and does not make you feel comfortable. I paid 1.50 a glass of water (and good drinking water in Trentino is not lacking) not to mention the water at the table costing 5 euros this does not detract from the beauty of the place where the hotel is located (a bit out of the way) and the cleanliness and dinner. I warmly thank Sergio and Michela that thanks to them maybe dinner did not stay on my stomach. I strongly advise against it to those who want to rest in the mountains.

Gentile W8088VXelenai,

If you know him you avoid him

We spent a week in a group in this hotel that enjoys all the comforts, nothing to say about the cleanliness and availability of the staff from the waiting room to the room cleaners who having brought with us our labradors were really kind and helpful... but this is absolutely canceled by the lack of sensitivity and arrogance of the owner Markus, his racism towards Italians in general and even more towards us Neapolitans, who are there to bring money to him and his family, my two-year-old son after dinner was thirsty and went to the bar asking for a glass of water... charge 1.50..., to specify that throughout the stay we always paid for water at dinner xke nn is included so a glass to the child could also not mark it! But maybe these are subtleties that only us people of the south know about hospitality dear Markus and knowing how to do ... pool table to pay obviously, table football table to pay of course, we also did the wine tasting always in the cellar of the hotel that turned out to be a nightmare because we always had to answer his constant questions and the wine went sideways! Think carefully before booking your stay arm yourself with a lot of money and a lot of patience!

Gentile G5602LNchiarat,

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to the Dolomites, and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breathtaking views from our room, paired with the magnificent breakfasts and dinners, made our experience unforgettable. After long days of hiking, returning to the hotel felt like finding a sanctuary. The pool provided the perfect space to unwind, and the sauna was a delightful bonus. These cherished memories will stay in our hearts forever.
