Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card does not belong to the guest, an authorization letter from the credit card owner is needed. Please be informed that the credit card will be verified by the property upon check-in by charging THB 1 and this will be refunded back the card on the same day.
