The room was clean, air condition worked, everything was fine. They stored our baggage for free and when we returned from the beach in the afternoon they offered to us to take a shower before we travel to our next stop, which was well appreciated.

Very disappointing!

The service was very poor. During our stay, no one came by to clean or to refill water and toilet paper (which is usually a daily standard in Thailand). There was also no one to provide assistance. The accommodation provided contact information and encouraged us to reach out with questions. To this day, I have not received a response regarding my inquiries about transportation. The accommodation itself is incredibly dirty and run-down. Clearly, neither the towels nor the bed linens were washed or changed. Everything is covered in dirt and black mold. The ceiling and walls are partially dilapidated, the television is broken, and for some reason, there is a camera filming in the accommodation...
Unfortunately, the good reviews promised us something different. I do not recommend staying there!

The hotel is tidy and clean and staff are very friendly. The only issue is the location. It is a bit far from the main area where the shops and restaurants are. The hotel offers free shuttle to Aonang beach but sometimes you have to pay a tuk tuk to get back. The tuk tuk drivers at Aonang beach are a big scam. We were told it is 100 baht to get back but been charged for 200. The driver first took us to a wrong hotel and asked for 100. We told the driver it is not the hotel we told him to go then he looked at the map and asked for 200 we argued with the driver and the driver threatened us to call the police. The hotel later offered to pick us back after our unpleasant experience so stay if you think you can deal with the gangsters or asked the hotel to pick you up at the end of the day.

This is my second time staying here. So that says a lot to start off with. Fon the lady that runs Nemo house is great and extremely helpful. It is quite basic but for what you pay it's a lot better than a lot of places around. It is a bit out of Ao Nang, but they have the tuk tuk and will happily run you back and forth. Would I stay here again yes, unless I wanted something more upmarket.
