The hotel does not qualify for 4*
Dilapidated furniture, dirty, very poor quality of room cleaning. We lived in a one bedroom room.
Breakfast is monotonous and very poor. It gets very boring after a week.
The most unpleasant thing is the huge number of small flies and mosquitoes in the pool. It is impossible to just lie on a sunbed. They endlessly sit on the body.
Almost every morning at 6:30 local birds flew to our balcony and screamed loudly, which did not allow us to sleep. I had to get up and disperse them. Also nearby, early in the morning, the neighboring house (to the left of the hotel) played loud music. Since there is no soundproofing on the doors, they are quite flimsy, you could hear everything in the room and it was impossible to sleep further in the morning.
Be prepared for the fact that if you arrive early in the morning, you will have to wait until 15:00 for check-in. It is very uncomfortable. We arrived at 10 and spent almost 5 hours loitering around or sitting at the reception.
But not far from the hotel there is a good Wongamat beach, there is a cool beach club there, I highly recommend it. And on the street where the hotel is located there are many Russian restaurants.

First of all, please accept our sincere apology regarding on the inconvenience that may cause you during your recent visit. After hearing your feedback, we have proceeded number of actions such as refurbishing worn furniture, add more frequency on pest control, add additional soundproof material under the door, etc.
However, please understand that some of the feedback cannot be solved due to its nature such as bird jugging. Regarding on the early check-in, please understand that during your arrival date, we were running high occupancy and early check-in is subject to room availability. Standard check-in time is 15.00hrs. as stated clearly in all booking channel. We did surely provide option for you to leave your luggage at our front desk and discover Pattaya city and come back to check-in.
We hope you can take these incidents as an isolated event which redeem us another opportunity to welcome you again.
