An excellent structure
I went on December 22 to this wonderful property and stayed until December 30. The extraordinary thing that struck me about this property is that it was spotless and that no service was missing and the staff is really nice! It has great WiFi, beautiful heating, a very comfortable bed, working fridge, extra pillows, a reception always available is a very kind owner who puts you at ease and helps you with any perplexity is a large mirror in the room portion eh you get it! Downstairs there is a breakfast room or a reception room just for the guest who can help himself when he wants! This property is really fantastic no I have never seen such beautiful and equipped in Turkey

Could be better for the money they asked.
We booked 5 DBL in the New Year period. They asked about hour of arrival. Even if our answer was 15:00, we arrived later in night, 22:00. Unfortunately we did not find the rooms prepared. They were adirty, the sheets and towels also dirty. We have to ask the reception to clean and to change sheets. It is nor fair to not prepare the place even when you have tome enough.

The location of hotel considerbly good but position sort of needed be fut person (reach hotel need some effortt up hill almost 200mtr and also hotel entrance need climb sharp stairs ) so can be difficult elder people and also families with younger children
Hotel staff usually friendly and helpfull but reception usually unattended (assuming they go down stairs garden for coffe break or smoking)
Breakfast area small and basic same foods everyday and its totally self service like pension house kitchenette.
My really bad concern about hotels is turkish bath behind hotel fuming smoke all day and cause of its funnel shorter than hotel height back front windows of hotel always be exposed woody smoke (even window closed or worse if leave open for fresh air)

I loved this hotel.
My name is Farah, I am Arabian from Jordan.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks at the end of September till 9th of October. To be honest, it was amazing, for me as a girl it was very safe, staff were very friendly, and the owner of the hotel was really amazing, also there was the uncle in the night shift, he was amazing, and if i got late a little he would call and see if I was Ok. so the hotel was safe and clean, it has all the basics and for me i wouldn't ask for more.
Now lets get into details about the hotel:
The hotel is situated at the center of Kadikoy, it is an amazing area, plenty of shops everywhere, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, evvvverything you could think about or not think about.
The hotel is literally two minutes away from the park of the airport buses. only cross the street et voilà!
The bus station, the sea port, the marmaray, the metro, every kind of transportation is only minutes away.
Of course at night the area can be a little dangerous, not too dangerous, but just like any place, in the night you should be a little cautious, yet i didn't experience anything bad.
If you are a female traveler, or a solo traveler, if you are looking for a clean basic safe hotel with friendly staff, then this is your best choice.
I would like the thank the owner of the hotel, the amca at the night shift, and all the staff for their kindness and that they acted like a family.
