This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally. This property will NOT accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card.
