Residents to Sopwell House receive complimentary access to Cottonmill Spa from 15:00 on the arrival day until 11:00 on the day of departure. Cottonmill Spa is an adults-only spa and therefore not accessible to children under the age of 16 years. Those aged 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult, with only a limited treatment selection available. Those wishing to enhance their experience further are welcome to upgrade to our exclusive inner sanctum; The Club at Cottonmill. Prices to upgrade are per person, vary seasonally and are only available on the day itself. Places are subject to limited availability and cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed in any way. If you have accessibility or mobility concerns, please contact the property directly using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Sofa beds are provided for children on request. Meals are not included in the child package. A pre-authorisation of £200 per night for incidentals during your stay will also be made on arrival for all bookings. Please note although the card is not fully charged at this stage the authorised monies will be held against the likely purchase. Third party payments are not accepted. The card holder must be present in order to comply with the chip and pin procedures. Please note during January Sopwell House is undergoing updates to some public areas, and whilst these are limited to corridors and our meeting space, there will be limited access to lifts and some diversion of routes to guest bedrooms. We are also excited to announce that the Brasserie is benefitting from complete makeover in February, providing a light and airy restaurant in keeping with the other recent developments at Sopwell House.
