Cozy & Comfy Pods with an Amazing View!!!

Another lovely gateway!! Went there a year ago with my partner and since we liked it so much we have been there last week for a few days with the family this time (3 couples). Love this place, the location is perfect if you want to discharge, reset and relax. Everything is so peaceful and the view is simply amazing! The pods are fully equipped with all the necessities, warm, cozy and clean. Love the comfort of the en-suite bathroom. This year WiFi was added to the pods (in ours wasnt working) however, I dont mind it as when you are there the last thing you need is WiFi :) This time we also tried the wood fired hot tub and it was so relaxing. The host was very friendly and since we arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time he checked if our pods were ready and let us check-in a bit early since they were ready and informed us that they were fixing something with the hot water that would be ready after a few hours. Like last year upon arrival we had our basket with a bottle of wine and welsh cakes (only in one of the pods there wasnt one). I really love that place and wouldnt mind going there for the 3rd time. I would 100% recommend it!! Thank you :)

Comfortable and Quiet

Communication from booking to check-out was better than average, providing directions, emergency contact information, check-in and check-out instructions, recommendations, PDF guidebook, etc...
Owner promptly responded to rectify some initial property conditions discovered after arriving.
WiFi was solid and the pod was warm and comfortable with a beautiful, front-facing view and quiet. There was a nice basket upon arrival with wine and Welsh biscuits, as well as instant coffee, tea, milk and sugar.
Guidebook recommendations for the Red Lion Inn (Penderyn) and Cwm Farm Shop (Treorchy) are definitely worth checking out versus cooking/meal prep in the pod.

Stunning Location. Proper Glamping

Stayed here in November. Given it’s Wales, rain was almost guaranteed but it did not dampen our stay. Pods were beautifully furnished and cosy. Heating, ensuite bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, outside seating and fire pit. It had it all! Even some Welshcakes on arrival! By far the best pod we’ve stayed in and it’s definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommend a stay here. We would love to come back again
