Nina the receptionist together with their general manager was both amazing.They definitely gave us a great service.hotel was cozy and we have a great stay

On the hotest days of the year you would think that their air con would work. The ac in the room wouldnt go below 19c!!! Zto say it was stiffling in the room was an understatement. Even in the breakfast area they had mobile fan units on to try and cool it down - that didnt work either. !:-(

The staff were amazing. Lady working the bar and following two breakfast shifts was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious.
We stayed in the accessible room and unfortunately the smells from the bathroom drains were particularly potent which impacted our comfort.

Clean, modern with just about everything thought of
Staff were really friendly from the guy checking us in to the girls doing breakfast

For the price could not fault anything! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Staff helpful and friendly. Had an issue with dinner but quickly resolved and given a complementary drink! Although we didn’t need to it was a lovely touch with the sign in the bathroom for complementary toiletries if you’d forgotten them. Towels soooo soft and choice of pillows for the bed.
