Great place for large groups.

Great place for large groups. This was our first stay here. Nice facility with lots of charm. The Suite was large and very comfortable. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The place is beat up and older, but I needed a place to stay so I could be near my father at the hospital.
The minimum I expected was that they would have a shower that has water. They didn't. And then refused to refund me because most of their guests dont know how to operate the shower. Apparently we should all plan to bring a maintenance staff with us to take a shower in the morning.
Refused to refund. Couldn't have cared less. There are other dumps to spend the night ... choose them over this.

We stay here every year for my daughter's high school dance because of the convenience and friendly ness of the staff and indoor pool and breakfast is really good for the price

hill-billy hotel in Alexandira , LA

Best Western in Alexandira. LA, is a hill-belly hotel. Too much noise by gusts (road workers) using their pickup trucks and drinking alcohol in the parking lot.
A/C too loud I could not sleep well. Bright light in the hallway penetrated its way to my room and every room because the lousy work of whoever designed the window curtains.

The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever received. All employees were very helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean as well as the room.
