Pool was murky and dirty, pictures showed false advertising. The bathtub was dirty, the futon was stained and falling apart, (rips, springs falling off) our bedsheets had stains. The breakfast area chairs were also dirty. The front desk receptionist was friendly so no complains as far as customer service. It was the overall cleanliness of the hotel and nasty pool that is their down fall.

Wasn’t was I expecting for my family and I
Sofa bed had old mattress with stains and under mattress looked rusty
Tile in restroom by the bathtub was broken no room phone to contact front desk even when we told the issues they didn’t offer another room or fix the rate on the room

Arrived at 11 pm. Male clerk was very rude. Room smelled horrible. Mildew in restroom. Bathtub was all rusty .

RUN, SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.
This hotel is terrible, it smells like it has mold and you can see the mold on the walls, around the tub. He took me to 3 rooms and they were all the same. The breakfast was just as bad. I hate to say this, but I travel a lot and everytime I stay at a hotel that is owned by the Indian people they are horrible. The furniture was old and rusted; the food is leftover. I am not racist, I am speaking facts.

When we arrived at our room it was dirty. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub as well as hair on the toilet and all over the floor. The headboards looked dirty. Rest of the room was okay but bathroom was a turnoff. Someone came with a roll of toilet paper and wiped out the bathtub but definitely not the cleaning it needed. No other rooms available for us to move into.
