The stay was great the staff was amazing. Everything from the room to breakfast to the pool.

Big Let Down

We arrived with other families for a soccer tournament.
Upon our arrival and I will just advise in order within 48 hrs how it unfolded
First: Room was being serviced for a toilet leak and wasn’t ready. Eventually got moved to another room
Second: At 11:30 pm went to pull out the bed for our son. No sheets/blankets available, had to go to front desk and wait for linens to be provided
Third: Pancake machine for breakfast consistently was not properly being serviced and never could anyone get pancakes without a long wait time
Fourth: Went to do a room to room call- No phone cord to the wall so no phone could be used
Fifth: Returned on the first day out to see room cleaned but no towels left. Again, had to go down and wait for the lone service personnel to break away from the front desk to get towels.
Sixth: Checkout slip arrived and was double charged a room and without the group discount rate. Had to go done aaaaaagaaaaain and wait to have the bill rectified
I spoke to the Manager and Clerk to advise this and they said to put it all down on the survey we will get but I thought No I need to put it here for fellow travellers because I would want to know.
So: Be Warned

We were on a floor with multiple people traveling in a group and were loud both nights till after midnight. We complained about the music, yelling and congregating in the hall. Kids were ding dong ditching on the doors at 11:30 pm as well as the smell of weed. My daughters and I came back to the hotel at 10:45pm from a dance competition and needed to be up early the next day so I went right back down to complain when I was told others had and they were contacting them only to find out they were calling my room. So I have no idea if it was taken care of because it continued for another hour.

The room was clean. The pool was really nice and heated. Overall a really nice stay but the pancake machine was down for breakfast. The noise was overall quiet expect we heard a lot of doors opening and closing through the stay. The TV blocked out most of it though.

The property had a great location for our needs. Unfortunately, the stay overall was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast was undercooked and egg discs were still runny, pool was out of towels at one point leaving us unable to leave on time when the pool was closing. Housekeeping didn’t make it to our room even with the sign removed and us out of the room before 9 and there were some stray hairs in the bathroom and on the bed.
