Excellent hotel. Cook and staff at breakfast were fantastic. Daily cleaning was very prompt and thorough. Room was always clean and neat. Would recommend this hotel to others. Obvious management is excellent because never saw a line or complaints from other guests. Very nice and beautiful grounds.

Disgusting, unacceptable, horrific conditions - and I'm stuck for 6 more nights.
I have been at this hotel for less than an hour, and I am already disgusted. My room was absolutely filthy—dust everywhere, female hair on the sheets, male hair shavings in the bathroom, stains on the pillowcases, used and wrinkled towels (like, actually used), and crumbs in every drawer. It was beyond unacceptable.
I called the front desk, and they sent a housekeeping staff member who argued with me, insisting, “Dis clean dis morning.” Meanwhile, I’m staring at an entire bathroom counter covered in shaved hair and a pillow that very obviously had someone else’s head on it. Despite the clear evidence, she kept insisting it was clean. The toilet paper was already half-used, the curtains had a questionable stain that looked like blood, and the sliding door had white, grimy handprints all over it.
Feeling absolutely grossed out, I decided to shower—only to find that the body wash smelled absolutely putrid. It was honestly unbearable. Then I ordered food, looking forward to some shoestring fries, only to receive steak fries instead. Not a huge deal in comparison to everything else, but at this point, it just added to the disappointment.
The hallways echo so much that every little sound carries, making it constantly feel like someone is trying to get into my room. To make things worse, the extra door security gadget I ordered doesn’t even align with any of the bolts, leaving me with no way to reinforce the door. I came here to relax, but so far, I’ve been everything but.
I should not have to place a Publix order for body wash and practically everything else just to survive my stay here. For the price I’m paying, I could have VIP meet-and-greet tickets for Carrie Underwood instead of this disaster of an experience. And the worst part? I still have six more nights here. To say I’m not looking forward to it is an understatement. I am never coming back and strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel is loud. The sounds from the lobby amplify up to the rooms. Add to this the sounds from the pool. There were a large number of children staying there who ran up and down the halls and stairwells all day and up to midnight. Hard to get any rest. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

It was a last minute stay…the hotel is very nice and big. Staff was friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room…was disappointing. The sheets had dry bloom all over…sheets and pillowcases. Shower floor and toilet looked like it was just wiped down. Floor was poorly cleaned too. Must wear socks.

Worst experience
It was my wedding night and the lady who was working at the front desk was being very unreasonable. I said our rooms should have been booked under our last name as my in-laws booked two rooms for us and family/friends were staying there as well. They booked these rooms well in advance as I saw the confirmation/booking info and somehow our names were not showing up in the system and she was being so weird about it. It was the weirdest thing I have ever been through with customer service and from out of no where we were told we each would need parking passes that were a separate cost. This woman was being very rude.. no congratulations, zero hospitality, zero smiles. She was literally the worst person you could have in hospitality. As well as the manager who was on site at the time. Worst experience ever by Marriott. I literally had the most perfect day and to end the night with those two was really disappointing. I mean literally in my wedding gown arguing with people in the hospitality industry? So sad.
