I most definitely enjoyed my stay. The location was PERFECT for me, close to work as well as the city. I did have an issue with my ac that I asked them to fix that they never addressed. Eventually the room did cool down. I’m in perimenopausal so to be fair, I could’ve been having hot flashes; as I said, it did cool down eventually, so. But other than that the stay was amazing. The elevator was my favorite 😍😍😍

We enjoyed our stay. The handicapped accessible bathroom was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Although a very nice property. We had a few concerns. The parking lot gates did not work properly all werkend, bed furniture lights had no way of turning off, and we recommend longer weekend hours for Starbucks.

Great experience all around. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family.
Only suggestion would be the pillows on the beds are super flat after lying down to sleep. We woke up with headaches.

Overall, we had a good stay. My only issue had to do with the bedding. The comforter is just too much. No matter how cold the room was, it was still too hot to sleep under those covers. There are no other options…no light blankets or anything else. We were able to make some adjustments the first night but the maid changed things back so we had to change I again. We realize this situation is not exclusive to your property; it seems to be industry-wide and it makes for an unpleasant experience.
