I love the service they are always so nice! The room was clean and like always it was comfy. The pool which is why we stayed here is normally beautiful but this time it was slimy and dirty.

Disappointing amenities

There were many things this hotel did right; however, considering I specifically asked before making reservations if the pool/spa was operational and maintained, it ticked me off that one morning we show up during pool operation hours and the maintenance had not been done. The temperature of the hot tub was tepid. We called the front desk and they apologized that no maintenance was onsite that morning. Since we booked it specifically to unwind in the hot tub this was truly disappointing with no remedy offered by the hotel.
The cost of the cheapest room we could get was $179 and they added a $87 a day hotel tax on top of that. So when I pay north of $250 a night for a hotel I expect the hot tub and pool be adequately maintained.
Finally don't call the phone number on the website. I thought I was talking directly with hotel reservations. I found out on physical check in that I had been transferred to a 3rd party booking agent and that the rates could not be negotiated for AAA, Senior discounts, etc. That I had booked through a 3rd party agent and that was it. So my suggestion is to make certain you are booking directly with the hotel staff and ask for all discounting before giving them any information.

The Hotel smelled like Clorox when u walked in. It was in terrible shape mold and ripped wallpaper. Lamp shades in the lobby were all torn and we had to request housekeeping three times to make up our room and get towels Staff answered but didn’t act upon requests. Very disappointing for a Hilton standard hotel. Will not recommend Looks like a motel

Dirty Dump

entering the room it immediately smelt bad. Mold, & broken tiles in the bathroom. Hand prints on bathroom door. carpet in room was sticky and peeling. Walls has cracks and peeling patch work. Mold on the ceiling, along with ceiling peeling. Room was not clean as we found a toy car in the bed. It had 4.5 star reviews but this place is a dirty dump.

No hot water for shower! After a 12 hour day on a construction site. I was not offer another room or price cut.
Then they gave me the run around when asked for manger. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here!
