This hotel is very good and clea including breakfast even there in not various but the food is good.
Cons: the room can hear the voice from outside environment which make noise some time.

Location is about 100 meters off the busy street. Wouid be a bit difficult to find the hotel at night. Suggest to add a few lighted directional signs. Overall pretty basic amenities and is good value for the money. The restaurant closed the freshly grounded coffee machine until after 08:30 when there were less guests. The most unpleasant experience was the toilet in our room where there was no ventilation nor windows. The bathroom towels were quite well used and should be replaced with some new ones.

Fairly new hotel in the Naklua area, where we prefer to stay when we visit Pattaya. Good location, easy to find. Friendly staff at reception. All facilities present in the room and everything in good working order. Definitely willl stay here again on a next visit.

Booked sea view junior suite request high floor confirmed with hotel week earlier that it was available they said yes floor 6 when arrived no sea view suite was available so was offered 1 bedroom on second floor (lowest) with very limited sea view.
