clean up to date room. staff was friendly and helpful. ice machine not working on my floor- a little inconvenient when having mobility issues but dealt with it

Dirty and not maintained!!!

Stayed 1 night to visit family on our way back from a whitewater rafting trip. Got to the hotel late and booked a 1 bedroom suite to accommodate my Sister in law on a pull out couch. We would have left if it wasn’t midnight. Couch was so filthy we wouldn’t even sit on it let alone have her sleep there. Had to take her back to Vacaville 10 minutes away so she could stay at families house. Crusty something on side tables, greasy hand prints on windows, something all over the top of the refrigerator. It’s just not clean at all. Bathroom door didn’t lock or even latch to close. Shower dripped all night which was super annoying. We were more comfortable and had cleaner accommodations on our camping trip. Surprised Marriott puts their name on this property. I can overlook the weird layout and dated furniture but for 200 a night, we’d at least expect a clean room with baseline maintenance completed. Don’t let the Marriott name fool you… this is very much a road side motel. Lots of better options in the area! Would never stay here or recommend a stay here

Bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced. No complimentary breakfast?? Lobby had a Starbucks/bar was a joke, although the lady that attended it Friday night was fantastic

The outside looks very nice, but inside is run down. One of the biggest things no breakfast avaliable. I will not stay here again. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom has very little counter and no shelves under the sink for items Very unhandy. I bought 1 bottle of water and 1 lemonade and it was $5.50

AVOID - Hotel looks much better online, in person it's a huge disappointment

For the price paid the most disappointing, ugly hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at more than 500+ across the globe. The motel 6 down the street appears to be a better property. This hotel feels like a truck stop motel in the middle in of the rust belt. It also give you the feeling that it's place where people come for one night stands. It's been a while since I've stayed at a courtyard and Marriott has really degraded the brand, cutting back on many perks I used to enjoy. Food and beverage offerings were just plain horrible. This stay confirmed I made the right choice ending my professional relationship with Marriott and moving to Hyatt. I had a horrible night sleep because the A/C was so LOUD. The public areas and hotel property is just so worn down and ugly... I think someone had mentioned this was a holiday inn rebranded as a Courtyard by Marriott, they should have knocked down the building and rebuilt. The building looks like public housing from the 50s. Hotel looks much better online, in person it's a huge disappointment.
