Great Hotel

It was a very nice hotel. The lounge/bar was very nice. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The Porter Deli across the street was fabulous. The only thing that I would of liked was to get a couple bottles of water every day in my room.

The EXPERIENCE

My stay was absolutely AMAZING! The best part in the experience, yes I said experience is the staff! Everybody was so friendly and hospitable no matter what time of day. I keep referring to the staff because it’s the staff that makes the hotel.

Outstanding Hotel with top rate service

Spent 9 days at this hotel on business. This was a former Marriott Residence Inn property that has been completely redone into a boutique hotel that is in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious (many suites available) with upscale linens, towels, and amenities. Location is terrific with convenient on-site valet parking. The hotel staff are all friendly, extremely responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile.
Highly recommend. No cons.

Nice Stay

The people who work there are so kind and accommodating! Rooms were nicer than I thought they would be and the beds were so cozy. Location was okay; getting Seamless delivered to the room was easy enough. The room service food wasn't anything special but worked in a pinch! Thank you

Great Property; Greater People

Being remembered by name by staff; at the end of a long travel day, after enduring all of the hassle of luggage, being treated as a number at the airport, never having time to breathe! So wonderful to get out of my car at the hotel and be greeted by name by the staff. To be told "don't worry, I've got all this for you" really helps mitigate the cares of the day!
