Expensive
.BUT housekeeping fee is too expensive. We thought , it's included in the reservation fee which I paid almost $300 for 3 nights and was charged for almost $170 again for the cleaning fee and we even left the room clean and emptied our garbage,

A decent stay with some things to be aware of
I’ll start with the good. The room was large and clean. There was a kitchen and even had a washer and dryer in the unit. Some things to know. This is on the Grand Geneva grounds but you’ll need to drive or take the trolley to other parts of the grounds. There is no reception desk or anything of that nature here. Everything is handled up in the main Grand Geneva lobby. Housekeeping does not come by. That didn’t end up being an issue for us but if we needed more towels, I’m not sure how that would have been handled. There was a mess in the hallway that stayed all over the carpeting all weekend so it was evident nothing is cleaned on a daily basis. The worst part was how thin the walls were. I could hear the conversations of the people staying next to me in their entirety. I knew exactly what they were watching on TV. You could smell everything they cooked. Luckily they were quiet at night so we all got a decent night of sleep but knowing that the situation could be different if we were next to partiers, I would not stay here again.

Service was amazing, excellent staff.
Only complaint is many of the cabinets and doors took brut force to close/open or wouldnt close at all. Also there were ants all over the floor, the hotel is located in a bit of a wooded area so some are to be expected but they would be in rooms far from any entry point.

First time visit and had a relaxing time. Vacation club suites had full kitchen amenities. We brought our own grocery and prepared food which saved money. Free shuttle on and off the grounds and a cute trolley. Bad weather during our visit so didn't get to enjoy horse back riding. Salon, spa and fitness clubs on grounds as well.

The room we stayed in was very clean and modern. No complaints regarding the accommodations. Timber Ridge water park was kind of small, very crowded, and expensive for staying on campus. It was very difficult to get a tube to float on in the lazy river, and the towels were tiny. The locker rooms were kind of gross and should have more frequent cleaning. Otherwise, the place was pretty nice with the rest of the amenities.
