Will stay again!

The staff was extremely friendly from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area. The rooms have been updated within the past few years. We didn't hear a lot of noise. We stayed 6 nights Sun-Sat. I worked remotely from here. My husband went to the local office for his job while here. Breakfast options were many! Eggs, meat, cereal, biscuits and gravy, pancake machine, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, misc breads. The workout room had a variety of options and was in good condition. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but my husband hung out in that area while some work colleagues were in the hot tub. Colleagues walked across the parking lot to BWW one night. Just a few minutes drive to Lake Superior.

Overall we enjoy staying here. Very clean, great breakfast. The only thing that put me off was at checkout, I dropped my key at the counter. The attendant was speaking with another so I didn't interrupt him with just handing the key. As I walked away my husband saw him shaking his head at me with some sort of attitude. I'd not have thought to have done anything wrong seeing as there were no incidentals to pay for and didn't require a receipt.

The property is well kept and I got the room I requested. The only problem we had was trying to regulate the heat - it fluctuated from cold to very hot. The breakfast was good but we got there a half an hour before closing and there were only a few items left and the biscuits/rolls were crusty.

Bathroom floor got wet from shower curtain proceeded to use a floor towel to soak it up the towel ended up becoming blackened from unseen dirt .
Mop them floors besides that a phenomenal time breakfasts were convenient with a grab a bag concept made it extra convenient staff great.
The holiday express is A 10 compared to the standard holiday in the same city
