Comfort and centrality strength

Very central location and therefore with all amenities nearby
The downside is that there are few services
There is no possibility of breakfast or airport transfer or private parking
The staff guys were nice
In the hotel there is now a very good Italian restaurant

Excellent hotel in South Beach

Beautiful hotel in South Beach, very well arranged, very clean and impeccable staff attention. There are many places to go around but you don't hear noises in the rooms. A step from the beach.
I recommend your Italian restaurant, very good!

FANTASTIC HOTEL & EXPERIENCE!

This hotel is awesome. Great location, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The whole hotel smells very nice. The A/C works great which was very much appreciated on the hot, humid days. Location is fantastic - one block from Ocean Drive, two blocks from the beach, ultra quiet (no noise from the street - even on Friday and Saturday nights! - no noise from other guest rooms). Easy walk into the Art Deco area and South Beach, SO MANY restaurants within easy walking distance, and the onsite restaurant (Positano - Italian) is delicious and fairly priced. We're traveling with two daughters, and the queen size sofa bed was already made up when we arrived around 1:30 PM. The hallways have a vintage look - dark walls and carpets with cool gold lamps between each room - and the rooms themselves are super modern, very clean, very comfortable. Bathroom is great - two little rooms, actually - one with a very nice shower with glass doors, a toilet, and a sink, and an outer room with another sink and lots of mirrors. My wife and I had a king bed, and the sofa bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The staff with whom we've interacted have all been very nice. Everyone is all smiles, and the check-in person was very friendly and helpful, as well. My favorite touch - an espresso maker in the room!! I recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Miami.

Checked every box and the some!

I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of hospitality and forethought the Marlin provides their guests. They had a beach bag prepared for each room, and beach chairs and umbrellas for beach time. So thoughtful.
The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, and nicely decorated. Most importantly, it had a fully functioning A/C and was quiet.
The employees from the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We wanted ideas of places to go to after dinner and they had excellent recommendations. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Fabulous find- small boutique style hotel with very spacious rooms, upscale amenities and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the only pictures I took were of the bathroom!! It was very nice! Huge, with a rain shower and removable shower hose.
The hotel is located super close to the beach! They offered beach chairs and umbrellas. There are great restaurants all around.
We were travelling with two 19 year old boys so they had their own room and raved about how comfortable the sofa bed was. It was literally big enough for two people to sleep in comfortably. The boys were playing music in their room pretty loud when I went over to visit their room but I couldn’t hear it at all from my room next door or out in the hall so I’d say the rooms are pretty sound proof. Although, at one point it did sound like there was an elephant walking above us but nothing that was too bothersome.
The hotel shares space with a restaurant and they were very friendly and accommodating as well. They didn’t seem to mind us loitering around as the check in area is pretty small.
I would definitely return!
