Great hotel. Friendly and quick check in. Great big room and comfortable beds. Nice pool and spa. Breakfast was good, several options like fruit, cereal, and hot items.

Front staff ignored me, had me waiting for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. My room AC didn't work. The mattress was not comfortable. All the handicap parking spaces were blocked off due to the painting of the building. Painters were gone by 5 pm, but the spaces were still blocked off. This made things very difficult for my wife.

Room was hgod but no coffee machine in the room. Great service.
Many parking spots blocked for construction. Only 1 elevator and 2 entrances available due to half of the parking lot blocked off.

It was very quiet and the gentleman at the desk was absolutely amazing was extremely nice. The only real issue I have is a carpet smell like dog pee like it had been peed on many times. I might make a suggestion I’ve been another hotels that have forfeited the carpet and gone with vinyl floors and still been very nice and not had to deal with dog urine .
