Great hotel location. it’s surrounded by plenty of places to eat from. The hotel bed and room was extremely comfortable. The hotel has a store, bar and restaurant. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The room looks like the pictures. It’s very close to UCF and arena.

Good place. Expensive drinks and breakfast.

Susie at the bar was the absolute best! Drinks were good and service was great! Nice atmosphere.
However drinks are WAY too expensive!! $17 for a drink! Crazy. There’s no continental breakfast. $16 buffet breakfast is kinda high too. Friendly staff though.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and the experience has always been great. Excellent service from everyone and good accommodations.

Please know it’s overpriced, smelly and bad service before booking!

So overall this hotel is bad. Wouldn’t recommend at all! I came down for my friends wedding which I was in, this was the hotel chosen for the “block of rooms”. The Groom set up a discount which they set up for this hotel with a code. While making reservations they said there was no such thing, so I figured there was a communication error over phone. When I arrived the employee at desk had nothing about the wedding or the discount.
Took the groom emailing the GM who he set it up with and we are waiting on a retroactive discount.
Now to the rooms. They are in need of renovation ASAP! Doors misaligned and not closing, very poor hot water, A/C have to be all but punched to register that you’re attempting to lower the AC. The shower faucet was falling off and while trying to find some amount of hot water it would just unthread and come off.
The rooms smelled like a mildew basement as well as the hallways!
They wanted me to pay $17 a person for a continental breakfast. (Cereal, bagels etc) which is insane!
This hotel is in very bad shape, would never stay here again. This hotel proved why I stay in Marriotts when I travel.

Terrible place.

They say room cleaning is every other day…you will not get room service even when you mention it. Front desk staff rude and stays on cell phone. Smells and is damp. I will make sure I have this hotel stricken from my company’s approved hotel list.
