Exellent Costumer Service

We had a good stay! we came from far when we reached the Hotel, Mary welcome us with a smile eventhough the reception was busy. She checks in quickly compared to others. Thanks to Archie from housekeeping too to provide us our needs from room.

Amazing

It was I stayed at this hotel for a month and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, the cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were extremely professional and friendly.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Lee for her care and support. She provided the best service I have ever received – she is kind, attentive, and even stayed an extra hour after her shift ended just to make sure all of my wife’s and my requests were taken care of.
Highly recommended!

Customer service not good

Should be complete toiletries and amenities has to be there. Much improvement requires in customer service. At least all basic nessesaty hotel responsibility
