Only stayed here one night but glad we did. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice and was easy to get another parking pass after my child “blew” the first one out the window(eye roll). Our room was clean, even though we were next to the main road we couldn’t hear road noise. Only gave comfort a 4 star bc the bed wasn’t the softest but whose bed is as comfortable as your own right? Had a decent free breakfast in the morning and lots of options in the same parking lot for food(Red Robin, Pizza, etc.), coffee(Peet’s) and a grocery store which is always a plus! Will definitely be staying here every time we come back up.

Perfect stay

I originally chose Hyatt House due to its full kitchen and being next to a shopping plaza. Everything exceeded my expectations. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful, my room was spotless and quiet. Thank you for making my work trip much more enjoyable.

Home away from home - stay at Hyatt House Santa Clara

Yet another wonderful stay with Hyatt House Santa Clara, this is probably my 4th time staying and will be coming back every time I have to be in California.
The location is absolutely top notch, few steps away from Safeway with tons of eating options nearby.
The hotel has everything you need to feel "at home away from home'. The soundproofing is one of the things I liked most, as it really helps me get a good sleep/rest, which is important for someone who is travels frequently. The staffs are all very friendly and front desk ladies, Emily and Dezerey are the most helpful, friendliest hotel staffs I've ever met, they made us feel special and welcomed. Everybody response in a very prompt and hospitable manner to all guests requests, such a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful rooms, free delicious hot breakfasts all udung normal bowls, places, glasses, cups, and actual silverware.
Only paper products were napkins and to-go coffee cups.

The front desk was amazing, we needed extra towels, pillows, blankets and a later check out and we were totally accommodated.
