Didn’t like all the kids on my floor. They were loud.

Place was nice but one of our rooms had no sir condition the entire stay. Reported it to the front desk but nothing was done. The room temp was 78 degrees.

We were at the hotel Jan 10-12 2025 and we found a roach in our room when my wife went into the bathroom a roach was running on our personal items. We took pictures of this. It really made it hard to sleep afterwards.
