Best Hyatt Experience Ever

The staff and management are very professional, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. The management found out it was my husband's birthday, and they surprised us with beer and parfait in our room. It was such a nice gesture.

Amazing hotel very beautiful and staff is very friendly bar staff was amazing pool and hot tub were amazing and nice size work out area view was beautiful and they have a shuttle to the airport and they have a enclosed parking garage beside the water walk

High end or high price, you decide

Sooo looked forward to this stay. Sooo don't plan to go ever again. Hyatt Regency is synonymous with "high-end". This was not the case. No valets to help with luggage, car parking is a block or more from the front desk, front desk have no clue as to making changes, manager who more or less could care less that you are staying, it is surprising, at best. Our room was clean. The renovations make the stay feel like you are getting your teeth drilled. When we asked when it would stop the front desk said, "oh, we're almost done." she didn't mean for the day, she meant they would be done by August. There is not a clue of answering with respect to the customer. These staff people need some serious customer service training, else "Hyatt Regency" is going to mean just "high prices, no love." I have not gone into the ten other reasons not to stay here, I hope this is sufficient.

Recently renovated hotel - nice family stay

Updated rooms, always clean, Globalist benefits were well-honored here. My family loved the chicken and waffles on the breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I am excited to see this hotel when the renovation is complete in August.
