22 Land Heritage Hotel has very good service quality. I was really satisfied with my room. The equipment in the room is very modern, fragrant and pleasant rooms. The hotel's breakfast is very thoughtful

This hotel was very nice before the owner and operation team changed. Now the hotel changed almost everything except room design.
Amenity is low quality. Brakfast was poor, service level is low.
A glass cup in the guest room was dirty.

no water supply in the morning....floor is dirty....bad location, so far away from the Old Town Quarter. it needs to take 30mins to the Old Town Quarter by Grab Taxi.
