Kate and the other receptionists are really super friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It was clean and spacious. Will recommend others to stay here if they were to visit Hanoi. ◡̈ they also provide water and cashew nuts for us before we leave the hotel for us so that we can have it on our way to the next destination.

I recently stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an excellent choice. Understand the hotel is new as only opened 4 months ago.
The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city and also near the night market but only for weekend.
I stayed in a king-bed room, which was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room had a very comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and water added to the comfort.
Two highlights was the hotel’s massage spa and also their restaurant. They offer discounts during certain periods, making it a great value for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a truly rejuvenating time.
Another great feature is the laundry service. If you drop your laundry off by 9 AM, they’ll have it ready the same day by 7 PM for a reasonable fee—perfect for travelers on the go.
The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar with beautiful views, which made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with both buffet and à la carte options, and it offered a good variety of local and international dishes.
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always attentive and helpful with any requests. Overall, Minerva Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel at 36 Hang Trong Street, Hanoi, during my holiday from April 15th to 16th and again from April 19th to 20th.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly service. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is also conveniently located in the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, shops, and local eateries.

We chose to stay at this hotel for being in the heart of Old Quarter. I was initially concerned about noise in the area but the hotel is rather on a quiet street and away from the bars. Initially I booked a standard room (no window) and was proactively informed that these rooms have no window so cancelled and rebooked a balcony room which caused a problem in their systems and we were given a standard room at check-in. Once I realized the issue and complained the hotel manager Mr Jamie did everything he can to make it up to us, including refunding the difference and upgrading us to a cathedral view balcony room (nothing exceptional anout the view as seen in my pictures but much bigger room), free couple's massage and drinks at the bar. We knew the buildings at old quarter are old and we expected some issues but the hotel is renovated and we had no issues with water or a/c. Although the walls are thin and you can hear loud guests at night especially if you stay in a standard room. Breakfast is fair for the price and service is good. All staff was very helpful and kind. There are countless dining options and shops around the hotel. So if you are looking for luxury go for a hotel at French quarter but if you are looking for convenience and agfirdability stay at the Old quarter.
