The right choice to explore Hanoi

Very nice, clean apartment. Obviously a family business. The woman and her son were very nice and always tried hard. Our requests worked well with the translation app. She even helped us with our transfer after the driver didn't show up.
You could choose breakfast the day before, it was very traditional. It was always freshly prepared.
The hotel is also a bit out of the way, but still central enough that you could explore a lot on foot. It was actually very quiet. But since there was a construction site opposite, where work seemed to be going on 24/7, it wasn't that pleasant. But the hotel can't do anything about that.

Location would be 5 if there was no road work near by - prepare for 5min walk without car access.
Laundry does not have dryer…
Overall OK and clean enough to stay given the price

Good place for a couple days.

The location was ok, the rooms were nice but I couldn’t get them cold enough. Although were the facilities nice. The staff was good and super helpful and friendly:
This is a good spot if your with some friends and want to decide rooms. At times also a little noicy because of traffic and the train that passes by

If you are looking for a location near the Railway, it's good, but not a comfortable hotel with the noise from the road and train....cleanliness is an issue too....

While the location is near the railway station but it also comes with the loud noise and horn of the trains. Cleanliness is average but if you want a good night sleep this is not the hotel for you.
