Bad memories here
Be careful! Even I'm a local people, my family have a really terrible experience here. From the moment we dropped our luggage here, there is a harsh arguments between the staffs and our family members. Then, we continue to have arguments with the staffs and resort's owner regarding to the way they charge additional fee for ices (to drink with beer). And finally, the tense arguments with the onwers about the way they rent the BBQ (we use our own convenient one-time grill kits, with our own coal as well) - they make us thought we can borrow the BBQ tray for free because we not use their coal or fires. Then, they will charge you finally and what left are back and forth arguments and almost fight.
Anyway, please be careful - we will never come back to this resort again- I'm local people here.

The following is all 100% true.
During the process of asking for information before successfully booking. Guests asked and were made aware of the policy on bringing items into the resort and the surcharge policy. We made it very clear that drinks and food are not allowed in the resort. If customers intentionally bring it in, they will be charged extra. When guests arrived to check in, resort staff discovered that guests brought a lot of items into the resort such as: (wine, beer, charcoal, fish meat, pork, chicken...). The staff reminded me of the rules and policies regarding surcharges for drinks and food brought into the resort. But the guest's family was very impolite, screaming and cursing at the resort staff... When the resort's security force was on duty, the guest refused to leave their belongings in the restaurant. At dinner, the guests asked to rent an oven to burn charcoal, which we rented for 200,000 VND per stove. The customer agreed. When eating dinner, guests arbitrarily took all the dishes they brought and grilled them on the stove, sending charcoal smoke drifting everywhere. Many other guests felt very uncomfortable and complained... Therefore, our Manager asked to move the oven to another place. With all the actions of this guest family, not a single guest that night was satisfied. As for the staff, we deliberately ignore the matter... When paying, we only charge the customer for ice to drink beer and the rent of a charcoal grill for 200,000 VND as agreed in advance. At this time, the whole family screamed again with vulgar and impolite words and threatened to talk about us online. Our staff explained that the price had been agreed upon during the customer's request to rent the kitchen. We did not charge any extra fees for all the guests' drinks and food because we knew this family was very mean. Our staff tried their best to endure and explain, but the family deliberately delayed payment. Finally, our staff said that we would give the family 200,000 VND to get rich in the new year. That's the whole truth. Reading the entire content above is enough to judge what this family is like. Travel to the resort and bring charcoal, alcohol, grill, food, for 20 people.

For customers who want to come to our resort and bring drinks and food, please do not come to us.
