Good location, clean rooms

Rooms are clean, close to the ksamil center but area was very quite which is we liked. Owners are very nice, they recommended some beautiful beachs. We really enjoyed, there was no issue. They cleaned our rooms almost every day, we can not expect more.

Very nice and central hotel in Ksamil

A small but very clean hotel. Although it has been in operation for 3 years, according to what I understand from the owner, it looks as if it has just been put into operation. Everything was flawless. Furnished with good taste and quality materials, cleaning is done daily, and towels are changed frequently. The location was also very good, in a quiet area, 4-5 minutes from the central area (seafront, bars, restaurants) - where I would never stay because of the crowding and noise. near the hotel there is a minimarket, as well as a traditional restaurant where you can have a fairly cheap breakfast. the price of the room is good, in terms of the quality-price ratio. the owner very kind and helpful.

Camere piccolissime molto maleducati, posto disperso.. non consiglio assolutamente. L'armadio non c'è e il posto è a 2 kilometri dalle spiagge il proprietario non ti dà privacy entra e esce dalla camera a cotroĺlare
