خدمة مكتب الاستقبال. كان فريق عمل ودود ومتعاون. ومع ذلك لم نكن أي معلومات عن الخدمات المتاحة - على بعد تسليم المفاتيح. سيكون من دواعي تقديره معلومات عن الحجوزات من مناطق الجذب المحلية، ما المزارات، كيف يعمل الهاتف، والخدمة (أو عدم وجود ) من الغرف، تكلفة الاتصالات الهاتفية.
شعرت بخيبة لا يوجد تقنية واي فاي.

كان السرير مريحا جدا. كانت قديمة وبطانيات. مرافق الطبخ موقد كهربائي فى الدولاب عليك أن أخرج السدادة على الجدار. عندما سئل عن خدمة الاتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت عبر تقنية واي فاي لي أن تكون مانترا عضو الانضمام إلى فقط إذا قمت بالحجز مباشرة مع الفندق. (nobooking. com) خدمة الاتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت عبر تقنية واي فاي رسم 15 دولار . 00 دولار في اليوم مع تقييد استعمال.
الغرفة يحتاج إلى تجديد كامل. لا أنصح.
눇location كانت جيدة. موقف سيارات آمن كانت جيدة.

We always appreciate receiving any and all feedback as this helps us to continually maintain and improve our standards.
Our outdoor pool is currently undertaking a full refurbishment which has been advertised on our website and also through any third party agents since February this year. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, the completion date has been extended and I apologise if any or all of this information was not communicated to you. I have no doubt that once completed, this area will provide a wonderful new and updated facility for all of our guests to enjoy.
By joining our free Mantra Plus loyalty program, you can utilize all the benefits that come along with this, including complimentary Wifi. As this membership is a "loyalty" program relating specifically to Mantra Group Hotels you are required to book directly or alternatively, through our Central Reservations department.
Again, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused during your stay and am regretful that we did not have the opportunity to address these issues during your stay.
