There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lift not working. The disabled / elderly in particular need this information before booking. The lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.
