Worst hotel ever for international visitors
Unfortunately, our stay at Werfenerhof was very disappointing. The lady at reception made us feel that we were being treated differently because of our nationality and skin colour, rather than receiving the same level of service as other guests. Her attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, and we were assigned what felt like the worst room in the hotel—a ground-floor room that was far below our expectations.
The experience at the restaurant was also unpleasant. One of the waitresses appeared to laugh at us, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Communication was difficult, as some staff appeared to have limited English skills, despite the hotel welcoming international guests. Staff should be trained to communicate respectfully and professionally with visitors from different backgrounds. The behaviour we experienced was extremely discourteous and reflected a troubling lack of basic manners, cultural sensitivity, and respect for international guests.
The food was bland and comparable to basic hospital food, with little that seemed fresh. Despite the average quality, the prices were comparable to those of much better restaurants.
Overall, the service, room allocation, staff behaviour, communication, and dining experience did not justify the price. We would not choose to stay here again and hope management takes this feedback seriously, particularly regarding the respectful treatment of international guests. Such uncivilised and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable in a hotel that serves visitors from around the world.

Not worth the money
Breakfast very boring, boring half-dried bread (fortunately you could shake the bread), the coffee tasted like it had been standing for several hours and then reheated.
However, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We called the hotel to book directly with them as we could only arrive after the reception closed. There was an extremely nice lady who wanted to wait for us.

Good choice hotel
The place has good location, although it is at one end of the village you can walk everywhere as the village is small.
As for services everything fine, hot water, internet, relatively comfortable bed (a bit hard).
