Lack of respect
Serviram pastel de camarão ao invés de queijo para a minha esposa quando é alérgica a frutos do mar e foram informados desta intolerância.
Dado esta falta de respeito, no terceiro dia cedo fiz o checkout pedindo reembolso da 4a noite. Não adiantou nada reclamar durante 3 dias consecutivos a Gerente de Hospedagem Adriana e ao "Host Care" Vinicius. Quando fiz checkout Adriana e Vinicius prometeram resolver o caso para reaver o reembolso da última noite. Hoje fui informado que hotel se recusa reembolsar em dinheiro e me ofereceram um carta de crédito. Não merecem meu serviço. Quero meu reembolso.
Hotel acabamento mal feito, fede a tinta. Quartos com tábua de madeira com rebites para cima machucando os pés. Enfim, uma tragédia de hotel.

I bought a 4-night package paying R$11,000 in advance for the October 12th holiday in the most expensive room to celebrate my birthday. The rooms were above the restaurant with very loud speakers playing the same playlist repeatedly every afternoon and night. I complained every day and night. During 3rd night they said they wouldn't turn off the sound until 10:30 pm. I had to send several WhatsApp messages to the concierge and they finally shut sound off only at 11pm...!!! It was hell !!!
They served shrimp pastry instead of cheese to my wife when she is allergic to seafood and were informed of this intolerance.
Given this lack of respect, on the third day early I checked out asking for a refund for the 4th night. There was no point in complaining to the Hosting Manager Adriana and "Host Care" Vinicius for 3 consecutive days. When I checked out Adriana and Vinicius promised to resolve the case to get the refund for the last night. Today I was informed that the hotel refuses to refund in cash and they offered me a letter of credit. They don't deserve my service. I want my refund.
Hotel poorly finished, stinks of paint. Rooms with wooden boards with rivets at the top, hurting your feet. In short, a hotel tragedy.
