Maravilha
Adoramos, preço justo, café da manhã bom, local sossegado e quarto com ar condicionado que gela... pq faz um calor nessa cidade. Da piscina tem uma porta que sai direto para a praia. A única coisa que talvez fosse bom dar uma orientada, na hora do check-in a funcionária não nos deu nenhuma informação sobre a pousada, como senha do wi fi, desse acesso a praia, etc....

It was a nightmare
The guesthouse is very dirty, dirty towels, dirty bedding, the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired, the photos do not match the reality, we stayed only one night and we changed from hotel, the room is dark, everything old and badly smelled, it was a nightmare. Get out of this hostel. The pool is simply inappropriate for use.Flies land on food, and it becomes impossible to have breakfast. There's a lot of mosquitoes. It's all dirty. Horrible. Run away from this place

RUN THIS INN!!!!
Don’t be fooled with photos and videos on Instagram. The Inn is beautiful on the outside, but the rooms are ugly. When we arrived we went to room 4. But when I got into the bathroom, it was so rotten. We were switched to room 8, which until now was ok. But after two days we began to smell a horrible smell of sewage in the bathroom, and wash with leakage. Room full of ant, spider and even cheap. The worn and worn sheets and towels. TV, fridge bar and air conditioning were ok. The breakfast was precarious, with few options, very simple! The staff and owners of the Inn are polite. The pool we only used one day, because in the other was already dirty and was not cleaned in no moment. Dirty and smelly pool area bathroom. The Inn needs urgent maintenance. We no longer indicate this place.

Worst guesthouse in Brazil
The worst experience I've had in my life
The person called ANA PAULA who owns the establishment should open a pet shop (I mean) not even that, because not even the animals should know her.
I came from Itacaré to this unfortunate inn where I was completely treated because I just asked the owner for understanding to reduce it from two nights to one (where I had already paid 50%, that is, one night).. I went to explain the case and the same He told me to shut up, he shouted at me and the employee in front of me,...understand that I was aware that she could say that I wouldn't be able to pay because I know how the high season works for inns and hotels...but not be treated the way I did. I went and also mistreated, shouted, completely offended the girl and even said that I didn't understand at all the fact that
My daughter is feeling sick
With a fever of 39, vomiting, diarrhea and a lot of pain in my stomach... we arrived at the inn at 7 pm and I asked her if I could wait until 8 am the next day to even know if I would leave and not stay the night I had already paid and she even said that she hadn't been up since 4 am for nothing (forgetting that I had been with my daughter for two days, feeling sick and not sleeping... that I had driven for 10 hours and stopped 7 times with her to go to the bathroom, clean

They put us in a room full of mold and damp, the shower wasn't hot and if they wanted, they managed to help us (we had to take a cold shower)... A woman completely unqualified and unprepared to serve and have any business in her life….. thank God I met other inns, restaurants, bakeries, auto repair shops that I needed to take my car to and it changed my impression of the place, otherwise I would never return to Mucuri (and the funny thing is that the whole city talks bad about this woman)
You leave home for leisure and are treated the way we were... I will never recommend this inn and I am even seeking my rights in relation to everything that my family and I went through in this place.... Note: she is lucky because her employees are great people and she should learn from the girls how to treat a customer…..

Péssima
Péssima,quarto escuro ,pequeno, chuveiro dá choque,roupas de cama velhas, café da manhã precário, proprietários nem te olham,se não fosse os funcionários para te receber ,pra eles nós não fazemos diferença,parece que está fazendo favor!
