Achievement and Peace

I've been to the hostel twice in the winter. It's worth spending a romantic weekend. The nights are wonderfully beautiful. Bad just having to leave the cottage to have breakfast. We went in the winter and it was really cold. Access is good but all tours are made by car.

Very bad experience.

We rented an Avon10 chalet for 1 night only. We deal directly by Wapp with who seems to be the owner/e. The service was good until I expressed my dissatisfaction with the conditions of the chalet. The wood has to be bought the part for R$40 (2024-08) and lasts about 4 hours. It was very cold and the air conditioner that warms doesn't count. There are many fringes on the floor, wall and windows of the chalet. In addition, the AC on does not sleep because it makes a lot of noise, the machine is stuck in the wooden wall and causes the whole chalet to vibrate, causing a lot of noise. Tb there is a lot of mold, broken tap, and others. I sent videos and photos to the person who served me for WApp and this one blocked me.

You left to desire

Unfortunately we do not like
Expect a lot from the hotel
But the cleaning of the room bad, we had to change due to a dropper in the bathroom
And the other one wasn't that clean either
The manager and husband are very attentive and helpful
And by the value of the daily did not have room cleaning, you have to pay the part.

Expensive for what you get

This is a average "Pousada" and not a Hotel Spa as they say in the name plate at the entry of the Pousada.
We stayed at a Chalet with a room to the left and right, called Nevada. The walls are very thin and one can hear every word of the other guests. The mini bar is empty and the next shops are around 15km from the Pousada.
Spider nets in the room, the furniture and decoration does not reflect a daily charge of Real 740.00/night.
Breakfast buffet is ok, but simple equipment like a toaster for example is missing.
We understand that it's high season during January, anyway the price is far from justified for the quality of Pousada.

Sorry to hear this from you Lukas! Since you search and booked our property, you never received information that we have a SPA together to the Pousada, and the only fact to have this at our front sign certainly didn´t changed your stay plans. All our medias are updated with what we offer. By the way, we offer at our front desk the mini bar item's commented by you, and you know that because you ordered. We have a free policy for personal food and drinks, and that's the reason to not supply in the room. We really sorry about the spider net in the room, but we are inside a conservation area, between a native forests, and even we take all ecofriendly measures to avoid insects, for sure are not in our plans to cause damage in the environment and the local fauna. We feel sad that you didn't comment all the goods experiences that you have here, for sure you were not at your place and did not understand our hosting proposal. Hope to see you soon :-)

Foi uma decepção.
Banheira demora uma eterbidade para encher chuveiro a gá mas velho. A Tv não funcionava.
Café da manhã bem fraco. Poucas opções de comidas.
Não vale o preço cobrado.
