Very nice and pleasant stay!

We liked everything, nice and clean apartment, good location for us. Very close to the subway it's about 40 min to the airport. With taxi is much more convenient. There was drinks and coffee. Staff was very helpful, thank you!

We booked a studio for two persons in July but ended up in a spacious and very well furnished apartment (Well, I suppose the studio is up to the same high standard, we just did not have a chance to see it). We felt very comfortable and welcomed. The area is a bit run down but calm and quiet. The transport links are excellent - subway, tram, bus and trolleybus going everywhere around Sofia. We had a complementary soda, water and coffee - great coffee maker for espresso. Everything was nice, clean and working. The Wi Fi was very fast and efficient. Thanks, Sofia Downtown Apartments!

A great and pleasant stay!

The apartments are very modern, well laid out, and in a well maintained and secure building. There has been a good bit of thought put into the design and layout of the apartments which are located in a pretty cool part of Sofia - close to everything in the centre. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the lady who welcomed me was very thorough in pointing out things on the map and was very professional! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment.
This has nothing to do with the apartment people but the small street where the apartments are on has terrible footpath and the road is nearly as bad - watch out if you come when it snows! The kitchen was fairly well equipped granted but the biggest glass was still tiny which would be very easy to fix! Perhaps a review of the kitchen equipment might point out one or two small shortages which when corrected would make things perfect!
These small things aside I can very easily recommend Sofia Downtown Apartments. The price was also very good and I know I will be back! A very pleasant stay!

Great and most recommended place to stay in Sofia!

The only one thing that I didn't like is shower - it's good and clean, but there's no separating curtain from shower to toilet. The rest is good and comfortable.
Things I do like there:
1. Staff. The girl who met us was very kind and patient. She met us right at entrance to building, gave us all basic information about the apartment and about Sofia. One day we had an internet problem and we called her. Since we called her - less then 10 minutes passed and we got internet back. So staying in Sofia Downtown Apartments I know that I always have somebody to talk to if there's any problem. Very good service.
2. Location - is great!! Very quiet place, not far from center. 5-10 minutes by walking on charming streets to Mall Of Sofia, the same is to center. 20 meters walking from the Sofia Downtown Apartments is small corner products store.
Privacy – also one of the advantages we had.
3. We got every basic facilities we need. Cookware, stove, microwave, even coffee machine!
4. The price is very good for this apartment and it worth it! Very recommended place to stay in Sofia.

Appartamento carino vicino al centro la ragazza che ci ha dato la camera Polina gentilissima in frigo ci ha fatto anche trovare acqua e Coca-Cola grande più guide e mappe della città davvero cordialita al

Complesso calda!unica pecca è che al bagno ci sta lo scaldabagno quindi l acqua calda e limitata è una volta finita bisogna aspettare mezz ora!al bagno non ci sta la
Presa della corrente!Per il resto consigliato ottima qualità/prezzo è vicino al centro tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi!voto 7/10
