Just Lovely!!
We had a wonderful stay! From the moment Zoran met us and graciously helped us with our luggage to the moment we checked out, we had a great experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the A/C worked perfectly. Our suite and the entire hotel was immaculate. There was a huge selection offered at breakfast as well as made to order omelets. Jakov, Zoron and the entire staff were very friendly. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly boutique hotel experience!

We loved our stay here! The arrival was easy, hotel staff was available to help with everything we needed. They send someone out to get you as your Uber/Taxi isn’t allowed to drive into the old town area of Split.
The room was spotless and so welcoming. The location is perfect if you plan on staying in the old town area. All the restaurants and bars are a short walk away. It worked perfectly for us.
We would highly recommend!

No AC and poor customer service
I’m really sad to leave such a poor review but this hotel was incredibly overrated and underperformed! The AC would not cool and barely blew any air even with the fan on high. On top of that, one day I drew the short straw and got the last shower which was ice cold (too bad it didn’t translate into cool air!!)
We did ask for help with the air and they claimed they had someone come look at it but nothing changed. This was an issue in the two rooms that we had here so I’m guessing this is just normal. But it was not the case at another hotel in DUB so external heat is not the reason it can’t cool just a bad system.
The real reason I’m so upset is the hotel refused to discount our stay at all which shows zero concern. I think poor customer service is the an issue on top of poor hvac!

Regarding the air conditioning, our property is equipped with high-quality Mitsubishi inverter air-conditioning units, which are designed to provide efficient cooling even during very warm weather. However, the system is not designed to be set to extremely low temperatures, as if it were winter, and there are practical limits to how low the temperature can be set and maintained. Split has experienced an intense heatwave over the past month, with temperatures reaching around 40°C. In such extreme conditions, air-conditioning systems naturally need to work considerably harder to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
As for the hot water, there is always a sufficient supply available at the property, and this has not previously been an issue for our guests. We are therefore unsure what may have caused the situation you experienced during your stay. It may have been related to the unusually high consumption at that particular time, but regardless of the reason trust you understand that this is not something we have previously encountered as an issue at our property.
Regarding the request for a discount, unfortunately, we were unable to offer one. During your stay, your behaviour at reception was inappropriate and disrespectful towards our receptionist, whom you shouted at in front of other guests, while also making threats to leave a negative review. We fully understand that guests may become frustrated when an issue arises, and we are always willing to listen and help find a solution. However, shouting at or verbally insulting our staff is not acceptable under any circumstances. We were also unable to process one of the cards presented to us, but we do not consider this, or any other inconvenience, a reason for such behaviour.
We always strive to be available and helpful to our guests and to do our best to resolve any difficulties during their stay. This commitment is also reflected in the many positive reviews we have received from our guests. At the same time, we do have house rules and standards of respectful conduct, and these are boundaries we are not prepared to compromise on. While we are always happy to assist our guests, including you, our commitment to hospitality does not mean that we can set aside these basic standards.
We are sorry that your experience was not a more positive one, and we genuinely wish you all the best in your future travels.

Just wonderful!!!!!!!!
The hotel is beautiful!!!!!! Suuuuper well located and the staff working at the hotel is wonderful!!!!! Super attentive and friendly:) the breakfast is delicious. All perfect!!!!! I recommend 1000 times!!!!!!!

Amazing hotel in Split
The rooms are amazing. So cute and quaint. Close to hustle and bustle but not on the main plaza. Staff was so friendly. By far the friendliest of anywhere I’ve been in Europe or US. Breakfast was included and was cooked to order from from select list of options. Highly recommend!
