Great stay

The staff at the Moxy Nice are attentive, helpful, and kind. You must stay there. What I also like is that a tram station sits directly in front of the hotel, getting you to where you need to get to in the city.

Disgusting... I have never found a worse hotel than this one anywhere!!!! Nothing positive, room without comfort, missing minibar and safe, as well as a missing closet. Reception located at the bar... meaning it's all one thing. Meager breakfast, but truly meager, with no replenishment and with the clearing up at the end to be done personally on a cart. Incompetent and totally absent staff. Shut it down here, don't disappoint other people.

Perfectly located and super convenient from the airport

We had a great stay at the Moxy Nice, a hotel that combines style, comfort and unbeatable convenience. It was so easy to reach from the airport, with the tramway running directly from the terminal to the hotel, making the transfer quick, smooth and stress‑free. It’s ideal when you want to start your trip without the hassle of taxis or long journeys.
The hotel itself has a fun, modern atmosphere with a warm and welcoming vibe. The communal spaces are stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing with a drink or planning the day ahead. We loved the playful design touches and the overall energy of the place.
Our room was clean, cosy and well laid out, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being in a lively area, it was quiet at night, which we really appreciated.
The location is also excellent for exploring Nice, close to the tram, within easy reach of the Promenade des Anglais, and surrounded by cafés, restaurants and shops.
The team was friendly, helpful and upbeat, adding to the overall positive experience.
In short, a super convenient, comfortable and stylish hotel in Nice, especially if you’re arriving via the airport.

A Moxy like they like — new, clean, well thought out

First stay at Moxy Nice and frankly good surprise. The hotel is new, it feels as soon as you enter - everything is clean, modern, with this industrial and casual style typical of the brand.
The room was nice and clean.
The location deserves clarification: it is not in the heart of Nice, but the
tram is literally outside the door, which solves the issue of travel. JOIA parking with direct access to the hotel is also a real plus if you come by car.
The bar is nice for an evening drink, the staff is available and in a good mood. Breakfast is optional, we took the plunge and it was very good.
For a city trip on the French Riviera, it’s a perfect base – honest, well kept, without unpleasant surprises and great value for money.

WATCH YOUR BILL - (Struggling?) FRANCHISE

I was charged 1 night stay in December 2025 and did not arrive until January 2026.
I learned the "owner" was not happy with my multiple reservations or my Expedia booking the 1st four nights of my stay. I explained, Marriott toll free set up the multiple (weekly) reservations for me and he became belligerent yelling "THIS IS MY hotel! How can they tell you what to do in MY HOTEL? I explained, Expedia was used by my Venture X travel card use-or-use points. He bullied me into allowing him to consolidate the reservations and apparently added breakfast buffet $16 on every single night stay of the 20+ remaining nights. Not on my original bookings by the way. It wasn't until I requested a folio he said "I can't give you a bill until I check you out. You wanna check out? I later learned, while working with an employee to reconcile my point in time balance, breakfast had to be deducted in order to reconcile my current balance and the amount already paid. The one night was a decision by this property which is NOT a Marriott policy for Bonvoy Members. He added nobody ask for bills like this, quoted the number of guest per month the 30 brands of Marriott and said people check in and check out, nobody ask for bills like this. BTW I had already disputed it before I arrived assuming it was a system error. A Marriott loyal, had I know it was an intentional charge made up by management, I would have never checked into this hotel. WATCH YOUR… BILLZ
