A comfortable hotel with service that meets expectations.
One-night stay during the Top 14 final at the Stade de France, over the weekend of June 27 to 28. Upon our arrival, the person at the reception handed us the remote control that allowed us to access the parking reserved for the hotel (parking located about one hundred meters away). Parking was a bit tedious due to the rather narrow spaces, but we had two spots for our vehicle.
The reception was very professional; we had a room facing the street (room 305), but this had no impact thanks to good insulation.
The room was very clean, the bathroom well-equipped (hairdryer, shower products, and soap), and towels were provided accordingly.
Breakfast is served in buffet form. Available are croissants, chocolate croissants, baguette, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, eggs, fruits, cereals, fruit juice, tea, coffee, chocolate, and jam. All regularly replenished.
Upon our departure, the person at the reception took the time to chat with us and walked over to our vehicle to retrieve the parking remote control.
A first experience that invites us to return during our next stays in the capital for a reasonable price (193 euros including the room price, covered private parking, breakfast for two, and tourist taxes).

Great stay
Clean rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed in a room facing the main street and enjoyed the view and was not bothered by the street sounds but we were tired after a day of sightseeing so we slept well. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room daily. Both the staff during the day and night shifts were so friendly, kind, and helpful. They both spoke good English as well. The location is very good as its steps from the metro line 13. If you like to do long walks, then you can walk to many tourist sites such as Sacre Couer, Arc de Triomphe and many parcs and museums. You can also take tram T3b and the bus 350 to the Charles de Gaulle airport for only $2.05 Euro. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome reception people
The hotel rooms are super. The bathroom has plenty of space to take bath. Both the day and night persons (I didn't ask their name) at the reception/front desk were super duper helpful. Simply for these awesome people at the reception we would stay again here in this hotel the next time we are in Paris.

Nice Hotel food places close by which is great. Day time front desk is nice the 2 night time desk works seem to have small attitudes which i didnt appreciate. Over it was a good stay.

WE REPEAT
Small and cozy hotel
Located on the outskirts and although some opinions say it is bad area, we have not had any problem, if it is true that there are beggars, but they do not mess with anyone.
In addition the hotel is located in a street full of shops and restaurants, which make it very easy to eat or dine.
At the door of the hotel, the metro and nearby various bus lines, well connected.
The rooms clean and in good condition, the only thing we have lacked is some more plug in the room.
The breakfast buffet, with a cost of 9,90€, normal without more, some fruit, pastries and sausage, coffee and juice, if it is true that it may seem a little scarce, but for the price you can not order more.
Very nice staff, just a complaint, no one speaks Spanish, although they strive to understand you and provide you with anything you need.
The rooms super hot, given how cold it was in Paris these days.
In short a hotel with good quality price and very well connected, if I had to come back I would stay there.
