استمتعنا بإقامة مذهلة في فندق بينتا ليسبز. فالترحيب غاية في السهولة، فضلاً عن غرفة مذهلة لأربعة منا. استمتعنا بالإقامة في أكبر غرفة تقدمها، وكانت مثالية لتلبية إحتياجاتنا، كما كانت أريكة سرير صغيرة مثالية أيضًا. كما كان الإفطار مذهلاً، فضلاً عن الكثير من الخيارات الرائعة، فضلاً عن أنك ستتمتع ببعض المأكولات الرائعة التي تتيح لك إعداد طبق "جازون" الخاص بك، وهو طازج للغاية ولذيذ للغاية. ذهبت إلى حمام السباحة واستمتعت بالسباحة الجيدة واللعب مع الصغير. ويضم الفندق موقفًا لانتظار السيارات، ولكن قمنا بانتظار السيارات في الطريق الخلفي للفندق نظرًا لأن هناك مساحات. الموقع رائع للوصول إلى وسط المدينة خلال دقائق أو استقل الترام القريب أيضًا. أعجبتنا جميعًا.

لقد أقمت في العديد من الفنادق حول العالم، وهذا هو أول فندق لا يوفر زجاجة ماء في الغرفة. وبدا على الموظفين الاستغراب عندما استفسرت عن ذلك. لقد دفعت مبلغاً كبيراً من المال، وهذا الأمر أزعجني بشكل لا يُصدق.

فندق رائع للغاية. موقع مركزي مع غرف رائعة. بار ردهة نابض بالحياة للغاية في المساء، وكان الإفطار جيدًا للغاية، وكان جميع الموظفين غاية في الاحترافية والترحاب.

غرفة Lovely في ليبزج

من دواعي سروري الإقامة خلال زيارة قمت بها مؤخرًا إلى ليبزج.
كان فندقا جميلا وعصريا، ويتمتع بموقع جيد في وسط مدينة ليبزيغ.
الزخارف الفريدة والخدمات الترفيهية تجعلها خيارا رائعا إذا كنت ترغب في إقامة مريحة. كانت الغرفة نظيفة وهادئة.
كان حمام السباحة صغيرًا ولكن نظيفًا، والساونا رائعة. صالة ألعاب رياضية مناسبة مع ماكينات جيدة.

أشخاص سيئون عند الاستقبال بالفندق

الفندق في أسفل فنادق الحافلات، المشكلة هي الاستقبال مليء بالمهاجرين الذين يعملون هناك كعمال رخيصة وبعض السكان المحليين غير المهنيين، غرف قذرة جدًا لم تصنع إلا إذا طلبتَ تحديدًا وأشخاص في الاستقبال هم الفشل الكامل، فقط ابتسامة زائفة وعداوات فارغة، لا يفعلون شيئًا لمساعدتهم أي شيء طلبتَه لطيفًا منهم. . للأسف كان يجب أن تظل هناك أسابيع شجرة منذ أن كانت الشركة قد حجزتها. . أمل ألا تكرر.

Furthermore, we regret that you felt our housekeeping services were not up to mark. We offer room cleaning upon request to our guests as part of our efforts to be eco-friendly, and we apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you. We also provide a key to a safe room at the reception for the secure storage of valuables, even though we do not have safes in the rooms.
