Perfect.
It exceeded all expectations. Full marks would not be enough to explain our experience at Palatine Studios which was nothing short of wonderful. Thanks again Bellina, the owner who was super helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. The room was always clean with change of sheets and towels, which is not obvious. The sea view balcony was a great place for our breakfasts. It was hard to leave. If we return to Skiathos we will definitely stay there. In addition, the location is great, perfectly centered a quarter of an hour from the center and a quarter of an hour from the beaches of the north of the island. The structure is also located in front of a beautiful sea so if you did not want to tour the island anyway it would have earned stars for us. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended.

Take me back there! ☀️
The owner was super nice and helpful. The value for money is great. The room was spacious and stocked with everything you could need (towels, hairdryer, sheets, glasses and cutlery). The convenience store under the room was super stocked

BEWARE
Ok, so didn’t stay here but wanted to warn people not to hire a scooter from the supermarket in front of the apartments. The studio and supermarket are owned by the same people. We made the mistake of hiring a scooter from here and unfortunately had an accident. By the very nature of the accident there was only damage to the right hand side of the scooter and it was impossible for there to have been any damage to the left hand side. The only damage was some scuffs and scratches to the exhaust casing and wing mirror. We were more than happy to pay for the damage we had caused. However, these ‘con artists ‘ insisted we had caused damage to the left and basically held my husband’s driving licence to ransom until we gave them €150. The behaviour of this woman was in stark contrast to the help and support offered to us by the wonderful friendly people of Skiathos. HIRE AT YOUR RISK

Great apartment
I cant say enough about the apartment. The small apartment was very clean and well equipped. I had a sea view even though I did have the one and only main road between us. But still you could sit on the belconey and watch the world go by. The apartments are on top of the shop which was very handy. The owner and staff are very very friendly and will help make your stay a wonderful memory . Very good value would definitely stay there again.

Good but be careful what you ask for.
We read all the reviews and felt like we would enjoy this place. The owner, Bellina, was pleasant and allowed us to shave a few days off our week long reservation which was considerate. We requested a sea view room and unfortunately, that pretty much ruined our stay there.
The front rooms facing the road are affected by loud traffic, especially the incredibly noisy "quad" machines that some motor head designer must have determined that loud equals more fun. Had we switched to a room facing the parking lot, the noise would have been less, but there is no getting away from the highway being a big reason why we would not return here.
The representation of the nearby beach was spot on though so we spent a lot of time over there and there were no major hills to climb up or down to what was as good a beach anywhere with warmer water than the other places we visited. We went there at night and enjoyed hanging out under the stars and one evening before dark, a nice picnic.
The room was fine for the most part although the toilet liked to run more than was the norm. Wifi was very spotty where we were (Room 3) and that was not what we expected. Other local wifi hotspots seemed to work fine in town so some effort to upgrade the hotel connection might be of value.
Nearby restaurants were pleasant and the local bus is easy to catch but overall, once we got away from the highway noise at Palatino, relaxing came easier. One last thing for those who have not come to Skiathos, people are generally very pleasant and helpful and that created a lasting impression.
