هافيلي الساحرة في أودايبور الجميلة
مكثت في دار ضيافة Nukkad لمدة 3 ليال وأحب إقامتي هناك. عند دخولك دار ضيافة Nukkad ، يتم استقبالك بمزار إلى Hindu God Ganesha. المبنى عبارة عن هارفيلي قديم يبلغ ارتفاعه حوالي 5 طوابق مع مطعم في الطابق العلوي. المبنى ملون بشكل جميل ومزخرف بصور للعائلة التي تملكها لأجيال متعددة وآلهة هندوسية والتي تعطي شعورًا حقيقيًا أنك تقيم في منزل عائلي. هناك خيارات متعددة للغرفة واخترت الأرخص التي كانت غرفة فردية مع حمام مشترك. تحتوي الغرفة على سرير مريح ونافذة ومروحة ومساحة تخزين واسعة. كان قليلاً من رحلة إلى الحمام ولكن النظر في السعر كان مماثل لسرير النوم في نزل لم أستطع الشكوى! يقدم المطعم طعامًا لذيذًا تمامًا ، في الواقع ، إنه أفضل طعام هندي تناولته حتى الآن لمدة أسبوعين من رحلتي. ونفس تكلفة الغرفة المطعم قيمة جيدة للغاية.

بادئ ذي بدء ، كانت الإقامة بخير. كانت الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة. الحمام صغير مثير للدهشة ولكن أيضا موافق.
حجزنا 4 ليالٍ مقابل 885 روبية (تقريبًا 221 روبية في الليلة) على Goibibo ودفعنا مباشرةً بواسطة بطاقة الائتمان. في صباح اليوم التالي ، تلقينا بريدًا من المالك الذي أخبرنا أنه يتعين عليهم إلغاء الحجز لأسباب خاصة وأنه يتعين علينا الاتصال بـ Goibibo لاسترداد الأموال. اتصلنا بالفندق ووافقنا على إقامة ليلتين بدلاً من إقامة لمدة 4 ليالٍ.
عندما وصلنا ، أراد المالك أن يدفع لنا 650 روبية في الليلة بدلاً من المبلغ في الحجز. كما ذكر السعر الأعلى فقط ، لأننا كنا نطلب ذلك. اتفقنا على 600 روبية في الليلة ، حيث كان الوقت متأخرًا جدًا في الليل ولم يكن لدينا خيار آخر.
عند دفع الفاتورة لليلتين ، رفض المالك تسليم إيصال مناسب لنا. لذلك غادرنا نكاد مع شعور بالخداع. يبدو أن هناك خطأ ما يحدث.

Thank you for your review. Sorry that you had a feeling about cheated by us . Now i will explain you about our guest house and wht was all had happened .
I got a mail from you at midnight12:09 am about your arrival. And i mailed you in retun at 12:51 am it was not in the morning just 42 minutes after your mail.. when we cancel some booking from our side it is companies look out about the guest refund and allotment of another guest house or a hotel . It was totaly companies mistake that they have done wrong edition to our price of room . We have never sell our double room in jut 221 rs . No one will sell his or her room on online site for just rs 221rs a double bed room . Our room price was above 900 rs on online . And in every guide book if you will check there in no double bed room of price 221 . My single bed room is 200 rs . The booking was canceled at the same time when thwy have booked the room and the company has not informed them.at the same time . So it was not our fault . It is companies fault that they have not informed about cancelation at the same time when it was canceled . The amount was done wrong by the company dont know how . And why i will give my double room in just 200 rs.when i am selling my rooms 900 on online and offline i have done the price 650 rs for them. Then they said 600 rs i agreed on that price also. And than they asked me about a proper bill for the company so that they can get the difference. In guest house we dont have any proper billing form or a receipt in which they can show to the company. And if we will make another bill with my property name than company will ask us that you have canceld the booking and you gave the room to the same guest . Tht will be a clash between us and company. We canceld the booking because we were not be there in our house for the next days. And thts why we canceld the booking. It is totaly companies. Mistake that they have not informed them at tht same time when the booking was canceld an we have also mailed about the canelation the same time they mailed us . It was midnight when they mailed and we did the rply after 40 minutes only. When they arrived here we have explained also about the situation and about the price also. Than after also they thing we cheated this is not fair. In this we were totaly fair and it was totaly the Goibibo company mistake which we are bearing the fault of their mistake . We will be disolving our partnership with the Goibibo company to avoid these kind of situation In future . We have a good reputation in market . We are doing this business from 26 years. And you can also see our reviews on trip advisor. Even on Goibibo. You can also my mail which i sent you just 42 mints after your mail. I am pasting it .

We will not be available from 14th in our guest house due to family wedding and we have blocked our rooms. On tht site also and others also . We will not be able to take any further bookings. Plz contact to the company about the same they will assign you some another hotel.

انها ليست للهنود

في مدينة البحيرة ، يعد nukkad خيارًا رائعًا للبقاء مضيفًا raju وفريقه قاموا بعمل رائع لضيفهم والعناية براحتهم. الغرف مزينة بشكل جيد ومؤثثة بشكل جيد. موقع جيد جدا ، وحول المنزل يمكن العثور على منظر جيد والعديد من الأماكن للزيارة. غرفة مطلة على البحيرة مدهشة تمامًا ، فهي تمنحك إطلالة كاملة على البحيرة. أحب أن أعود. . . . .
