Totally Worth Every Penny
They Have precious rooms and staff was very friendly and supportive .. Transportation was easily available within walking distance ... Food was so great and amazing.. Highly reccomended if u want peaceful stay in vrindavan ❤️

Resturant service is awesome.food is very tasty. Staff are very polite and ready to serve.

A great place to stay during your Vrindavan visit.
Food was great
Difficult to get to the hotel after 5.00 PM and staff offer no assistance at all. They say it’s half kilometer but ends up 1.5 km.
This hotel is not suitable for westerners !!!!

During my recent stay at Triptam Hotel in Vrindavan, I had a mixed experience. While the property and overall environment were pleasant, I found that a couple of the male reception staff were not as helpful as expected and, on a few occasions, came across as somewhat rude. I believe improving the attitude and responsiveness at the reception would greatly enhance the guest experience.
On a positive note, the security personnel were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Chowdhury for his kindness and for sharing his business card.
I would certainly consider visiting again, as I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I kindly request that attention be given to improving the reception staff’s service to make future visits even better.

Comfortable Stay
We stayed at Triptam Hotel, Vrindavan in their Deluxe Room for 4 nights from 18 Feb to 22 Feb 2026.
The hotel is centrally located, close to most temples in Vrindavan. However, due to traffic restrictions, outstation registered vehicles are not allowed to enter the central area between 11 am and 9 pm or so. This caused problem for us on the first day, when we had to use E-Rickshaws to enter the hotel from the parking area and had to wait until 9:30 pm to receive our luggage. We wish the hotel had guided us about this matter in advance. From the next day onwards, however, we were able to move around comfortably within the central areas and narrow lanes in E-rickshaws, using our vehicle for distance travel (Mathura, Govardhan, Barsana etc.).
Our Deluxe rooms were neat, clean and comfortable, but housekeeping needs improvement (we had to ask for fresh towels almost every day).
The sumptuous breakfast and other meals at their Mishri restaurant were tasty and well prepared. The service could have been a bit faster.
Overall, a good value-for-money hotel. Staying in a hotel outside the traffic restricted area would in any case have required travel by E-Rickshaws to access the central areas.
