Bali Paradise
Our stay at Villa Shanti Cottage was absolutely amazing, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Bali. From the moment we arrived, Putu and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped arrange an airport pickup for us on short notice, which made our arrival stress-free.
Communication throughout our stay was excellent. Whenever we ordered food or groceries through Grab, the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was delivered right to our door. Their hospitality truly exceeded our expectations.
The property itself is even better in person than in the photos. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The saltwater pool was one of the highlights of our stay—it was by far the softest and most enjoyable pool experience I've ever had. After long days exploring Bali, it was the perfect place to relax.
The air conditioning worked wonderfully and cooled the rooms quickly, which was especially appreciated after spending time in the Bali heat. Every morning we looked forward to the delicious breakfast. On mornings when we had early plans, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast ahead of time and delivered it to us so we wouldn't miss out.
The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. One thing we learned quickly is that while places may look walkable on a map, the heavy traffic around Ubud means you'll still want to plan on using transportation to get around efficiently.
Overall, Villa Shanti Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, great amenities, and attentive service made this one of our favorite stays. Thank you to Putu and the entire team for making our Bali trip so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Holiday
We found this cozy and amazing location hiding amidst city hustle tucked away in acres of rice fields! The service from the staff and especially Komang and Putu as well as Kutu was exemplary and just what a family with children and senior Citizens need. They ensured we were well fed with hot food and cleaning on time. Komang also helped us finding tour options and negotiated at places. They also had bike for rents and the politeness and professionalism was on par with expectations.
The villas with swimming pools and listening to nature waking you up was just a relaxing holiday felt like. We booked Delight and Jacaranda and the rooms were king size with all facilities provided within the villa. All we had to was text and whichever service we needed was sorted within 10 minutes.
If you are looking for privacy and coziness and as well maintain your fitness and mental break from whatever it's you are going on with, this beautiful place will just it. Look no more.
The cost as well was extremely reasonable and it is not a big hole in the pockets.

Beautiful place to stay with the most helpful staff! They were able to organise drivers for everything we wanted to do.

A quiet, luxury private villa with a gorgeous pool and view. Super clean and comfortable and the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!
We had such an amazing stay at Devi’s Place in Ubud. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and felt like a little paradise. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Outdoor bathroom is stunning. Whole place was very clean. Breakfast each day was delicious, especially the fresh fruit!
What really made our stay special was the staff. Putu was incredible — so friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond. She helped us arrange things even at the last minute (like scooter rental, massages, and trips) without any trouble at all, and gave us great recommendations too.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Devi’s Place, and we’d definitely love to come back. Thank you so much for everything!
