Best Hotel in Marina di Pietrasanta - (Read Why)
The perfect location for a seaside getaway with all the amenities. You will not find a better hotel if you are attending a concert at Teatro di Versiliana; it's a three-minute walk. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were in town for only one night, but they made us so welcome and relaxed that we would have stayed longer if possible. I don't know what I enjoyed most: the huge pool, the ocean view from the terrace in our room, delicious food at the restaurant. (The dinner menu is supplemented by an open appetizer buffet stocked with an unbelievable variety of fresh seafood dishes, antipasti, and other treats.)
Another very valuable amenity was the free on-site parking.
A special note about a bizarre event: I clumsily fell in my room at about 6:00 pm and suffered a rather deep cut on my head. My wife and I had tickets for a concert at 9:30 pm. Despite many attempts, we could not get my head to stop bleeding. It looked like we would miss the concert to go to a hospital where I would certainly have waited hours to be treated. But no. Massimo at the front desk summoned a doctor to come to the hotel. He was there in 20 minutes. I got three stitches, and we had time for a wonderful dinner before we enjoyed a leisurely three-minute walk to the theater. We loved every minute (almost) of our stay at the Versilia Palace.
Thanks to Massimo and the entire staff, what could have been a catastrophe became a temporary delay in our plans.

Excellent Hotel!
Wonderful hotel. Can’t praise it enough. Each and every member of staff are trained to always give 100% amazing service with a smile and extreme professionalism. Ideally placed and exceptionally clean and well looked after.

Great!
We stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a great time. The reception staff was very friendly and very helpful. Also the wait staff super attentive and helpful; the food was great and the buffet very rich and varied. Excellent also the services they offer, we took advantage of the bicycles that are a must to get around the area.
Paying something extra we opted for the sea view room which was very spacious and well cleaned.
We hope to return soon!

we would stay again soon
Very nice and nice, the prices are in line with those of the area, the service is great and courteous. very convenient swimming pool and lifeguard very helpful and courteous. is good for those who want to make sea life or like us who prefer to explore the surroundings. really nice villages in the interior a special note for tower of the lake puccini and valdicastello carducci where is the birthplace of carducci and the beautifully nice and helpful people.

Disappointed with the service
All rather well but very disappointed by the conclusion of the stay for disservice and rudeness. The common areas are very pretty, the room, partly renovated! It would take a few small modifications e.g. shower cubicle and modernized wardrobe to be excellent. Very disappointed with the service: being the undersized parking they made us wait over half an hour to move the cars parked in front of ours, preventing us from leaving. Because of this our reservation at the beach bathroom parking lot was lost due to delay, at which point the hotel did not allow us to leave the car half a day even considering the inconvenience caused by them. The worst is that they told us they would call us back following the verification for a solution but no one contacted us.
