Small Riad inside the Medina
Very clean both outdoor spaces and rooms.
Good breakfast although not very varied.
The two guys who run it nice and helpful

Nothing Special

Ok nothing great. Breakfast is weak, essentially bread and coffee. The location is not great, hard to find without maps. I wouldn't stay in the Kasbah / Medina / Souk area again. Aggressive annoying people in the area. Room was fine and was clean. Bed was ok. Service was sporadic. I wouldn't say it's a good value.

A small oasis in the heart of Marrakesh, which we always return to.

We have now stayed in this little, cosy riad three times and it has become our favorite place in Marrakesh. It is very well located, in the quieter and more local part of the souk – so you are close to everything, but avoid the worst noise and crowd.
The rooms are comfortable, with tasteful decor and a calm atmosphere. The bathroom is surprisingly large and nice, something you rarely find in smaller riads.
The breakfast is simple but really good – fresh and well prepared – and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful every time we come. You really feel welcome.
This riad is an obvious choice for a short holiday in Marrakesh, where you would like to stay centrally and within walking distance of the souk, but still retreat to a quiet setting.

disappointing experience despite a nice and quiet riad

positive:
the riad is in the middle of souk, and 100 meters from the street where taxis are
the bed is made every day with very nice decor on it, a beautiful attention thank you ladies
Negative:
welcome not present
we are entitled to 1 cup of drink for a room at 80 € per night with so-called breakfast included, ps right to serve in tea or take 1 coffee at the end of breakfast, this is the first time we see this ..
breakfast is not served before 8am despite our request to be served quickly at 8.45am, because we had an appointment for an excursion...
shuttle from the riad to flee....as he had another race, he left us 300 meters from our meeting, we had to finish on foot with our suitcases because it will take him too long to turn right to drop us off in front of bus station...for a price of 16.5€ for 2, know that the taxi at 100m from the riad leaves you in front of the meeting point for half of this price.....
insistence of the riad despite our refusal to take a room to carry the suitcases, which we still had to wait and pay...
Too bad tourists are mistaken for "cash cows".....
